"I'm disappointed with the service I received at this establishment. Not only did I encounter a pricing discrepancy, where the staff initially entered a higher price without checking, but the experience was further marred by what appeared to be a racially insensitive environment. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct, especially when no apology was offered for the inconvenience caused. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly for a more respectful and customer-friendly atmosphere."

"Interesting store. This one is ok. People are nice. It is a perfect picture of organized chaos. So many things to see but no rhyme or rhythm in finding much. No criticism meant. It's designed like a maze. You get in and it's hard to get out. The most disappointing thing is the checkout procedure. That is my only complaint. To stand in a line with 15 or so other customers and wait for the next cashier to say next. Wow. This store wants your sale but they make it extremely painful and difficult to just check out. Wow. Really unpleasant. This gets my: avoid this painful process if at all possible. There are better places with better checkout processes."

"Really nice store, but a lot of associates on the floor kept profiling me and my God mom all the way up until we got to the registers even though we’re regulars and shop here all the time! Very uncomfortable experience and a shame! One tall lady in particular kept popping up following us since we stepped in the store!"

"TJ Maxx has pretty nice things. Just watch out for make up and snacks they have because I think they’re a little less regulated than normal grocery stores. Good place to buy gifts for literally anyone. Good customer service and they have some nice items."
