"The guy at the counter was a little slow on taking our order but everything was right when we got it, inside was neat and clean and the food was hot and fresh"

"Such a badly managed business. Homeless begging in front of door. As soon as you walk in, it's smoky. Because someone burned something. And if anyone, has been in a kitchen when something was burnt. They know how badly that smell stains your clothes. You should never have to walk in any restaurant or establishment. And the disgusting scent of that establishment stay with you. And also this will be the second Saturday I tried to get breakfast here at this location and was met by the worst manager working right now. Kind of slim 35-60 yr old white girl with mask on and hair pulled back, wearing blue manager shirt. She is the worst manager ever!!! Lobby full of homeless asking for change. Drive thru line backed up. There's a reason why service is bad when she is here, ...it's her!!! I heard her say she's been there 10 years,.... How about an evaluation? How come McDonald's doesn't have quality control? A group that would step in and make sure everything is running smoothly and penalize the owners if not."

"Very poor service including 2 crew members were very rude. The sundae was not double syrup when I paid extra,food was warm not hot.And when I asked to add something I was told to pull around and reorder remind you there was no others cars around me when I asked.when I asked for a manager or the name they walked away.and none of my business. Very poor service. I will advise not to go to this location.please help yourself and go to another."

"All I got was a large fry and chip cookies. The fries are cold and limp. The cookies are hard. The service was great. They were fast and efficient. Doesn't do much good if the food sucks. Not the first issue I've had here. Oh and make sure you have an extra dollar because the homeless man outside really gives you a side eye when you don't have anything for him"

"Good customer service is dead. If I spend my hard earned money on food I expect it to be hot and correct. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee twice but did I get it no. Beyond lazy workers. I don't know why I bother they never get anything right and if they do the food sucks"
