"Walked in around 1pm to pick up an online order. Store was busy, but they were well staffed. Lots of employees on the floor, but only one on register during peak hours, which was weird. There was another employee next to the cashier on her phone snap chatting (camera was on) and she had no sense of urgency. Very unprofessional to have her back turned, be on her phone, and be at the center of the store. Clearly customers aren’t a priority."

"Probably should update hours that are online. Drove a half hour to make a return. Since the one closed permanently near my place. Online says Friday and Saturday open till 9. Nice to get there at 7:30 on Saturday for them to be closed."
