I KNOW IT IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE! AND SOME GIBE THE TRENTA CUP! IT IS THE BUSINESS THAT NEEDS TO MAKE THE CHANGE! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT DRINKS! POOR POLICIES!"

"Visited this location and the cashier Gurleen was so very rude and this is not the first time and I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after this time, I will definitely be going to another location. Very dissatisfied and pissed"

"Love getting work done here - it's big, spacious, with plenty of natural lighting. Service is usually quick. Docking a star because they have messed up my order before at the register (i.e. putting in hot when I distinctly remember asking for iced), so I would recommend ordering ahead on the app to reduce the chances of human error."

"I came here to watch the Bengals play the Rams for the Superbowl on Sunday 2-13-22. I arrived early (4pm) to get a good seat and it's a good thing I did. The view was great and not many people were here! It started getting crowded after 5ish, since the game started at 6:00. There was a gentleman giving out raffle tickets so customers could win free prizes. He was giving away multiple items such as the cool hat pictured, shirts, $45 gaming cards and, gift certificates to dine in at D&B. Former Bengals player Ickey Woods brother was there and introduced. The fries and dip were fresh, hot, and delicious. I had a strawberry shortcake that I did not regret eating, a tea and black coffee. April took great care of me. She was pleasant, attentive and prompt. The only complaint I have about this establishment is the restroom smelled like urine and some of the stalls didn't have tissue. It was stomach turning when I entered and breathed...Outside of that the experience was fine."
