"I can’t believe my terrible experience at Dillard’s of all places! For Dillard’s to be such a high end brand store, they sure hire some low quality employees. Najeebah is the top reflection of a bad hire. She was bullying me into trying to buy dream skin which was not a good fit for me. She then tried to force me to buy her weight loss products from her own personal brand that she “guaranteed” would work for me! As a plus size woman who is suffering from severe social anxiety, I just wanted to shop in peace and not be coerced into buying some off brand, non-verified, side alley product from her trunk. I’ll be contacting someone in the health department about this because I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Aren’t you supposed to be selling the brands in the store? I would never in my life harass people like this! Someone should look into her employment because she doesn’t even deserve to work at a zoo. Animals wouldn’t even deserve this type of treated. If she is fired by the end of this week, I will follow up with corporate as I am a very persistent woman. #savedillards"

"if I could put a zero I would. the worst experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. Najeebah was horrendous. I told her no I didn't need her help about 5 times and she consistently would follow me and try to sell me on Dior products, specifically the lip products. Which i told her multiple times that I was allergic but she said it would be fine. i hope some action will be taken because this is ridiculous. I get she has sales quotas she has to meet but trying to sell me a product I KNOW i’m allergic to is absolutely horrid and I can’t believe she is allowed to help customers on the floor. This experience was awful and she needs to be reprimanded because I will not come back if she is still there."

"I was shopping for cosmetics, some girl who worked for Dior named Najeebah would not stop harassing me. She was staring at me and following me everywhere. I was so uncomfortable I actually left crying. The main reason for me being so upset.. is when I wasn’t interested in Dior, she started telling me about her OWN weight loss brand. Yes I am a heavy girl, but I don’t need someone to tell me that. Especially in public. I suffer from depression and anxiety, so this was so hurtful. It actually makes me never want to be in public again. This woman should be fired! Especially for treating customers this way AND how can Dillard’s allow her to sell her own brand? If something isn’t done, I’m thinking of hiring a lawyer. I want to be able to shop in my local Dillard’s without having my depression activated."

"Nice store but they didn't have anything that would suit my wife for a very important, once in a lifetime, upcoming event. The staff didn't seem to take us seriously. It was like the scene from "Pretty Woman" where they wouldn't help someone based upon their appearance when they could have made a great sale. We walked out empty handed."

"My daughter and I stopped in to check out some Prom dresses. We got lucky the size was perfect, and she looked stunning! We even stopped in Beauty to buy perfumes from LemLem, who had excellent customer service and the shoe department. Thanks, Dillard's, for helping us complete my daughter's senior prom look!"
