"The location in Liberty Township, Ohio was horrible today. I was greeted when I entered the store, but that was it. I went in the store to purchase jewelry, but I was being watched like I was going to take the pieces that I picked up. I tried on a dress and some pants and no one asked me if I needed a different size in which I did. Lastly, when I left the store no one said goodbye. There were 3 ladies working there watching me and my husband leave the store. White House Black Market is my favorite store. I am so disappointed. I have not had this experience at this store before."

"I would give a 0 if I could. The store associates are very judgmental. The associate that assisted me told me they didn't carry much of my size before even asking me what size I wore. She also implied that I should stay away from form fitting clothing. I am a medium sized woman. No one, no matter their size deserves to be treated this way! The way I was treated was very disrespectful. I will NEVER step foot in that store EVER again."

"I was not acknowledged until I was leaving. No one even made eye contact or responded as I attempted to get assistance. Not worth it to me so I put my items back and decided to leave. As I was walking out someone called "thank you", not sure what they were thanking me for other than for me leaving. I needed to buy a few items but decided to go to the Kenwood Towne Center instead where I will get at least basic customer service skills. When will folks realize there is A LOT of competition and brick and mortar stores are more of a novelty than a convenience....? I only physically stopped in bc my sister recommended checking out a dress they had in stock. I won't waste my time doing that again. Side note: I am a shopper you want on repeat, but I don't play so won't be back. Your loss, not mine."
