"The first time you ever walk into a Rose and Remington it’s extremely welcoming . The store is laid out beautifully and it smells amazing from their signature candle. Unfortunately, the store has a lot of nothing, so many clothes you can barely move the racks but if you find something you like it’s rarely in your size. But the worst part about Rose and Remington is their return policy!! If you purchase something in Lebanon, you can’t return it to Liberty for a refund it has to be a store credit. With a store of this caliber and so many locations you can’t tell me that their computers don’t sync. You have to show your receipt from your purchase so they can look it up in the system so why can you refund from any store?!? It is a huge inconvenience to your customer if you don’t live near the store you happen to shop at because you were in the neighborhood. I personally will never shop there again after having to back to Lebanon 25 minutes away from my house to return some thing when liberty is around the corner."

"I bought a hoodie for $60 from here and later check the website to see that it is listed for $28.50. I called the store to see if they were able to refund my card the price difference over the phone and they said they couldn’t, but that I could come into that exact store for them to price match it. Unfortunately I live 30 minutes from this store and now have to drive there to get the almost $40 back that I shouldn’t have lost in the first place if it had been on the sale rack like the rest of the red tag items were."

"I first shopped the location in Lebanon as my sister raved about it. I absolutely fell in love. I was living out of state then. But visiting often when I was in town. Now I live back in town and the Liberty location is the closest to me. Everything I have bought I have absolutely loved and it is good quality. With that being said, the customer service is off the chart. Never had a bad experience. Will always be my go to store."

"I purchased a clothing item over the summer & wore it once. Gentle wash & air dried. Seam separation & pilling in many areas. It was my first time purchasing in the store! After calling with my concerns, I was advised by store management that there was nothing that they could do due to the store return policy {will accept returns if tags still attached, not worn & returned within 30 days}. Not acceptable!! I reached out to support on Monday {And included pictures} and have not heard a thing! So Disappointing!! There is no excuse for selling low quality merchandise, and not making it right for the customer. I will never visit again & I will make sure to tell all of my friends never to set foot in their store!!"
