"Biggby is usually pretty consistent quality-wise. But not this one. The sandwich tasted like a broiled burger more than a breakfast sandwich. It was very strange. The drinks are VERY sweet. That is easy to work with, though, just add an extra shot of espresso. The 3 stars is only for food and drink quality, though. The staff running the drive thru are kind and attentive."

"I tend to order the same one or two things every time I visit, but last week I hit the drive-thru and ordered something different. The Golden Honey Latte, with cinnamon, turmeric and honey, was delicious! And the drive-thru moved at an acceptable pace, considering that it takes a few minutes to make each specialty drink."

"First time in here, stood at the middle counter for 10 min before another customer came in and ordered at the end of the bar. No sign to tell where to order. Staff didn't greet or say anything when I walked in and was standing there.... Ordered and waited 40 min for coffee and a bagel.... Didn't even get the bagel just left. Wasted my time before work and almost late waiting thinking an hours was surely enough time for coffee and a bagel.... Not doing that here again"

"This is one of my favorite coffee chain in Dayton. There coffee options are the best I have seen especially for the price. Unfortunately I have not tried there food so I cannot attest to the quality. If you like Dunkin, you will love this place. I try to go as often as possible."

"I normally would give this place a 5 star, but today no! I got a Teddy bear but switched the caramel to butterscotch had it frozen,No whip cream, and when they handed it to me. I tasted it. And I told the girl at the window that it didn't taste like it. Had any butterscotch in it, and it tastes bitter. Like the expresso shots are very bitter. She just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. So I drove away and decided to write this to let them know. That's very expensive to get a drink there. And if somebody is not happy, they should not shrug their shoulders. They should say what can I do for you? Would you like me to remake that for you? But they did not do that. And the line was long so I left. One thing about this chain is they're not consistent in the way they make their drinks. I'm not sure what was wrong today But they need to work on customer service and consistency. It is a busy store and they are very overwhelmed and usually do not have a very large staff so I do understand that. But I wish that I could have had my drink remade"
