Dunkin'

"I stopped by today around 11:10AM and got half a dozen of donuts, a kids white milk and a small decaf latte. Kaya helped us out. At first she gave me a chocolate milk, but then exchanged it when I mentioned I ordered the white milk. I never got a receipt. I left to run errands, not realizing till later that I got a black regular coffee, which I can’t drink! On my way back, I stopped by and told the manager what happened, showing her my coffee. She asked me for the receipt which I did not have. I told her that Kaya was right next to her and can confirm or look for it. She said it passed too much time since then (1:45PM) and she can’t do anything. Her attitude was not pleasant to say the least. When I told her I wasn’t planning to shop here any more, she said: “I hope you don’t!” This is the worst customer service I ever received from a manager on my dime! Shame on such poor customer service!"

"Have never before stopped at this store - thought I would try them for my morning coffee.... hopeful that they might be a little less expensive than Starbucks. Coffee was fine but priced no differently than Starbucks and the line in the drive through was longer than I normally experience elsewhere. Not really impressed, and if I were going to get donuts I would prefer to use one of the locally owned small businesses..."

"Just went to grab coffee and do some work, and the entire place had at least 5+ wasps flying around on the tables. Staff and manager did not say a thing or put any effort into rectifying the situation."

"I was planning on going to Casey’s but I pulled up the Dunkin’ app to make sure I didn’t have any coupons or a free coffee, I did have a free coffee with a purchase in the app so I placed my order and pulled in. I ordered an iced coffee with bagel bites, there’s no option for cream cheese in the app so I asked for it at the speaker per usual. I didn’t know they charge $1 for the cup of cream cheese, no big deal but Claire was rude and threw the bag at me.. I pull off. Look in the bag and it’s just cream cheese, no bagel bites. So I have to turn around and pull back in line to get the bagel bites, she tells me to pull forward and they’ll bring them out. Definitely wish I would’ve just went to Casey’s bc this ordeal took way longer than it should have and started my day off in a less than ideal manner."

"Went to this dunkin in the morning to get drinks and breakfast sandwiches. When we got the food and drinks and started opening it there was MULTIPLE HAIRS in the sandwiches. Of course now we don’t want any of the food from there and go in to ask for a refund for our order and they acted like they didn’t want to refund us. The manager was inspecting the sandwich because she didn’t believe it was hair. My husband then started pulling the hairs out the sandwich to show her and pulled out 3 hairs and there were still more. (Picture of one sandwich attached) Then after 15 minutes of back and forth we get a refund and she tried to short us money in our refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISGUSTING LOCATION. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!"
