"After searching the web, and finding Bare Co and then finding that Koenig was listed as a dealer I called Koenig. Monte answered the call and spoke I to him about a Bare Co brand PTO drive shaft for my Bush Hog brand flex wing rotary cutter. Monte listened to me on the phone from Indiana and was willing to look deeper and learn that he could in fact supply this item to me. We carefully verified the catalog part number to be a match for the application and made payment for these special order parts. Monte then arranged delivery to my local Koenig branch in central Indiana. He followed through by phone and text until the transaction was complete and the shaft assembly was at my place. Great job of focusing on details to deliver the right parts the first time on an unusual request from an unknown someone that called from out of state for a non John Deere item."

"I give this two stars because the quality of the work was solid. however, I'll take some of the credit here for not asking up front, but I was charged $31 to sharpen a chainsaw blade is absolutely absurd. A new blade is less than $40. Had I known the charge would be as high as it was, I would have simply bought a new blade. It will not happen again. You just priced yourself out of a future service. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!"
