"Very Disappointed! Very poor experience with the owners of Milk and Hunny (formerly Fox Gallery). They all need customer service training! An excuse was given for everything that went wrong with my purchase, never received an apology for selling damaged jewelry or altering the piece against our wishes. Not to mention giving me a clearly used box with dirt and lipstick on it. Additionally, I was insulted by one of owners who stated, “not all $30 pieces get looked over because they are mass produced”. The jewelry piece I purchased was over four times that amount! This is NOT the same Fox Gallery that we all once loved and supported, who were actually from the Germantown / Farmersville community. I will gladly be looking for another small business to support!!"
