"We went to the drive-thru and got a crispy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. They were served quickly and they were hot. The person who served us was friendly"

"Placed an order on the app to pick up in the drive thru, sat in the line for about 20 minutes and I couldn’t even get up to the order screen so I went inside. I showed the lady my code and explained to her the line wasn’t moving and that I had a mobile order already paid for. All I got was 2 cookies and an iced mocha and was told they didn’t have either and I had to settle for an apple pie and iced coffee. I paid more for less in the end for something I didn’t even want, their app should’ve said those were unavailable. The lady was nice, but i was just not impressed at all."

"Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. My husband and I came in and decided we would just like to place our order at the counter rather than using the kiosk. We stood there for a good 2 or 3 minutes as all the employees ignored us. Not only did they not ask if they could be of assistance, but they actively looked the other way. Then one of the employees yelled, "Can you just go order at the kiosk?" At this point, another couple had come in and were also wanting to order at the counter. The employee yelled again, "You need to order at the kiosk!" We ordered at the kiosk and paid at the kiosk. All we ordered were two drinks: a large coke and a large unsweetened ice tea. Then we stood there and waited for 5 minutes before we were finally given our two empty cups. The area around the soda machines was completely wet. It had a huge puddle with at least a quarter inch of water in front of it on the floor. The trashcan was overflowing. So much so that the lid wouldn't close anymore. I went to fill my cup with ice tea, and there was no unsweetened tea available. I went back to the counter with my cup, and the young woman working asked, "What do you need?" I told her there was no unsweetened tea available by the soda machines, and she just grabbed my cup and said, "Okay." She came back with a cup full of unsweetened tea with no ice (not a big deal, just annoying on top of all the rudeness) and handed it to me without saying a word. This was absolutely a surreal experience. I know what it will be like if someday a bunch of grumpy teenagers with no manners get put in charge of running things!"

"What’s a Big Mac without the Mac sauce? What is a double quarter pounder without the second patty? The whole place was disgusting. The fries were cold with no salt. They forgot half our food which was cold. The drinks had no taste, after having to swim through a puddle to get them. The bathrooms were disgusting and the trash cans were overflowing. There was trash all over the place and the floors in the dining area were horrible. There were flies everywhere and the windows were so dirty. Worst $50 I’ve spent."

"Raw meat again...From the same old dysfunctional location. They run out of everything, store is always gross, they serve moldy bread and raw meat...repeatedly. Worse McDonald's I've ever been to...anywhere. Laziness and incompetent owners."
