"I accidentally touched the trophy. Young lady started yelling at me while fixing the placement of the trophy. The manager Jack comes in and starts yelling at me, telling me he will not serve me and tell me to get off the property. Jack continues to go on and starts accusing me of saying, horrible and horrendous things about the employee. they also tried to kick my friend out when he already paid. after major arguing, they decided to serve my friend."

"I was yelled and insulted by the staff of this McDonald's even by the manager himself [ Bob ] who is an immoral person and incapable of running a business. He tried to call the police on me instead of ask the staff to stop talking and do their job. I got multiple business and I know how important customer service is, I'm petty sure we deserve a better service. They also gave me the order incomplete, What I did wrong? Ordered more the 10 Mcchikens and 40 nuggets. I guess their job would not be so difficult if they stop talking and do their job"

"I ordered a Filet O Fish without cheese but added Lettuce and onions. I did not pay attention to the receip. When I got home, my sandwich had cheese, lettuces, and onions with NO FISH PATTY. The reason I did not pay attention on the order because they charged me the same price plus 30 cents due to my request. I don't know if people pay attention on their job? I don't know if they felt weird to take the order Filet O Fish and asked for NO FISH PATTY? Does it make sense to order that way??? First time in this location and never go back!"

"Not a 1 star for this location specifically but more for the company. Their nuggets are always gross so I never get them, but my little one still likes them. Today, first nugget, and she starts freaking out and spitting everything out. There was a HUGE bone in one!!!"

"Update 2023: We tried it again and they failed. Did table service in the playroom and again the food sat on the counter. The man behind the counter said he had no idea where table 131 was. It wasn't busy at all and we're the only one sitting in the playroom. Practically the only ones in the restaurant at dinner time. Obviously didn't even try. Seriously, this is the worst McDonald's in the Columbus area. Original 2022: Let the kids play and the playroom and ordered table service. They were not too busy at all. Entered table 133 and waited more than 15 minutes. Finally found the food sitting at the counter. Asked what happened and the server said table 133 didn't exist. Told him it did in the playroom and he AGAIN said the table number didn't exist! So food was sitting at least 10 minutes on the counter. Food was cold. And you can see from the picture the table number is real. Hard to find good, polite help these days I guess. Ketchup tap splattered bits of ketchup with compressed air everywhere. Employee says it never works. Based on other bad recent reviews and no replies,this restaurant is in desperate need of a management shakeup."
