"Came in on Saturday to get drinks and donuts after a walk with my dog. My phone was about dead and I’m new to the area so I had asked for directions but the response I got was jaw dropping. The man said in a very rude tone of voice “don’t you have a phone.” . I came back this afternoon to get some donuts and they were also super rude. Im not sure how you guys do things around the area but hopefully you don’t treat everyone how you treated me and my family."

"My husband and I go there every morning. Food is so inconsistent. Some days the avocado toast doesn’t even seem toasted . My husband gets extra butter on his bagel. Either it is literally dripping of butter or barely any butter at all. He also gets its toasted and it seems like it’s just “soft” not toasted . We spend $17 every morning. We may have to try the other location out ."

"I come through fairly often and get the exact same thing every time. There are 3 amazing women there who make my coffee right, but when they're not working, my coffee ends up wrong every single time. The girl today was especially passive aggressive when we were trying to make sure the order was right as we told her 2 cream and she kept hitting the "no cream" button and when we were making sure she got the extra pump of syrup since it wasn't showing on the board. Instead, the coffee I got was so obviously more creamer than sugar or coffee. I didn't have time to go inside to ask for a remake because I was on my way to work, but this is starting to become an actual issue. If you hate your job so much that you feel like you have to be passive aggressive or if it's that hard to make coffee consistently, then find a new job. Troy is the only location where you can order something exactly the same every time yet it tastes wildly different each time."

"If you're going to charge a $1.50 for cream cheese on a toasted bagel then the least you need to do is make sure there's actually cream cheese on it. This. Is. Pathetic."
