"I called prior to going to donate a 5x8 trailer full of clothing and other items many new items. Asking if they would be able to unload it. I was told they would be going to lunch and would be able to after 1. Nothing was said about drop off times. I got there at 340 and they refused to take it. Stating drop off were till 3. Mind you there were 3 employees and one was just on his phone. She said come back tomorrow. I went when I did because tonight it's gonna snow. And they wouldn't take a trailer full of stuff run through snow and slushy salt and just ruined. Considering the circumstances there should have been an exception made. If I were told when I called about the drop of times I would made my plans differently. I even offered to unload myself and asked where to put it. All they did was waste my time and deprive the community of good items for cheap. I wanted to go here over goodwill for that reason but was left with no other choice."

"They recently moved to a new building at 820 West Sandusky Avenue, Bellefontaine in September 2023. New building is about 1/2 mile west of their prior building."

"Found a great pair of jeans that look new for under $4. Can't beat the prices anywhere in town. Update: I stopped in today and the store is full of all kinds of treasures. Clothes, shoes, and purses are all the same price they were 2 years ago. They also have wedding dresses and prom dresses at great prices."
