"Sent someone for a couple drinks because i couldn't get away from work. Grabbed wrong drink same name. They rudly said its not their problem. Understandably and Cleary not their fault. However, coffee to them is cheap. It was nothing for them to remake it. Instead. Someone else probably got stiffed for their large pink drink and I paid double for a latte. I manage a place and would absolutely never treat a customer like that. Very poor customer service. Will take my buisness elsewhere."
