"Been here 3 times now and still no salted pretzels! Waited in a long line for nothing."
"The manager named Amber was making rude comments about my size, comparing me to an overfed piglet, she also mentioned that I have a similar face structure to said piglet"
"Cute blonde cashier girl help me apply so that was cool. The line was long but the mall was fun to look at. Didn't eat anything cuz it's like $12 for a meal and I'm on a budget. $12 for fast food is kinda high isn't? Idk"
"I am so frustrated with this location. It is at the local mall and they don't seem to understand how to schedule people or the preparation of their products. On a recent visit during the middle of a Saturday around 1:30 pm, they were out of everything (food products, not the drinks) and I asked how long for just an original pretzel and they said at least 20 minutes because they hadn't started making them yet. This has become very common at this location, and I'm not sure if that is a result of staffing issues, baking schedule issues, or both. On another visit, Monday, Jan. 24, they were supposed to open at 11:00 am. I was there at 11:18 am (as shown in the picture below) and there was no food prepared or available to purchase, no employees behind the counter at all, and two employees were sitting and eating at a table next to the booth. I'm not sure what was going on there, but clearly, no work was being done. Then today, Sunday, Feb. 13, we stopped by at 3:30pm and they had "temporarily closed" to make a catering order. Again, it's the middle of a weekend shift and you're not taking new orders for what we were told "at least 30 minutes"? It's too bad too because this location used to be reliable and consistent but over the last few years (starting even before the pandemic), it has really gone downhill significantly."
"While I generally love their pretzels with cheese dip, this location being a stand rather than a fixture in the mall always seems a bit out of sorts. They generally seem rather busy but they seem to be behind on making a lot of their items and what they do have can sometimes be overheated and not as tasty as other locations."
