"I bought a Carmel macchiato and it taste like burnt coffee, so displeased and irritated. It’s 6 am, and I have a long drive ahead without coffee. If it was a bad shot why the heck did you serve it to me?"

"This review is for the Eastbound Starbucks. The morning Manager (redhead) was rude to not only customers, but her employees too. She gave me an attitude, and all I ordered was a Medium black Coffee. Literally the easiest order you can process. She acted like I just burdened her with climbing a Mountain barefoot. They get two stars instead of one, because her two employees were much more polite. I'll make sure to stop at Dunkin further down the turnpike on my next bi-weekly trip. Their staff is friendly and polite."

"Trenta cold brew cup half full, asked them to fill it, and they absolutely refused, do not stop here. Cashier was also rude and rolled her eyes. Please retrain Brittany as seen on ricipt how to fill a cup full. Update to 3 stars- filed a complaint with customer service online, and they credited my account for the coffee only being half full."
