"I had the best experience as soon as I walked into the store. A young man named Anthony Bishop immediately greeted me with a warm hello. Told me as soon as I was ready to hit the bell and he'd be right up. He was continually working to make the store nice. I accidentally grabbed the wrong bag if cat food and he ran right over to help me. He is Definitely a keeper and should get a raise for his personality akone."

"Let me tell you about this Family Dollar store. Just had a situation where my 67 year old mother was shopping at this place when she suddenly had to use the bathroom. She asked the nearest employee where the bathroom is, and explained she had to pee really bad. The employee told her that they didn’t have a bathroom. When she asked where they go to use the bathroom, they said that they have a bathroom but it isn’t for public use. My mother begged the assistant store manager to please let her use the bathroom and she STILL refused to allow her to go. She even told them she would leave her wallet and everything at the register and they could accompany her to the bathroom!!!! Alisha STILL REFUSED. My mother ended up peeing herself. She was so humiliated! She started crying and these heartless people did nothing. Alisha stood there and would not allow my 67 year old mother to go pee. My mother is not a dirty person. She takes pride in her appearance and hygiene and is very traumatized by this. My friends and family will never EVER spend money in this store or another “Family” Dollar store and I hope others see this and take heed. Thank you Alisha AND Family Dollar for taking away another human beings dignity. Shameful."
