When I called a couple weeks later to cancel and be refunded I was no longer able to because it’s a “custom item”. It took them 4 months to get my items (which I now have no use for!) and offered no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

I did call ahead and told them I wanted to if I could get one as soon as possible and when I walked in, Beth helped me with finding the right sizes I needed. All within a few hours, they were able to get my patches sewed on to everything I needed to my size. I am very glad that I went here for my Class A uniform and I recommend others to go here for how flexible they were with me."
