"this place is such a joke. went to got there this morning as the hours online AND in their app stated they opened at 5 am and I wanted some coffee on my way to work. Jokes on me I guess because when I get there they don't open til 8. not only that but the food at this one 9/10 is not good and they make it wrong. wonder why alot of people tend to go to the one on state street."

"Went there and ordered food. One day. They messed up my order, but I didn’t realize it until I got home so I called them to see what we could do to fix it. They told me the only thing they could do was I would have to drive all the way back there to get my food remade or a refund after I started explaining to them how this was unacceptable and this situation shouldn’t have even happened in the first place they hung up on me. So I ended up waiting in the lobby for another 20 minutes for them to sloppily make my food and the entire time giving me attitude as well and I was getting crazy mean looks from all of the workers. I finally left. I went home and had my not great food. Did I mention they LAUGHED at me on the phone?"

"Crew was screaming and yelling at each other and the bathroom was extremely dirty and the dining tables. No pop machines were turned on for refills and no napkins worse than fostoria ohio McDonalds. Focused more on drive through than lobby. Crew members asked if we could go somewhere else to eat.Would give this place no stars but it won’t let me.Corporate really needs to check into this place and will not be returning to this location."

"I took my great-granddaughter here after pre-school. She loves the 6 piece chicken nuggets kid meal. Always a hit with her. Not to mention the toy that comes with the meal."

"This place was so slow! When I finally made it to the window I turned my car off because they were taking so long with the car in front of me, I only order a small diet and quarter pound w/cheese no onion. At least my sandwich was hot. The cashier was polite enough with his words, but he didn't care one iota by the tone in his voice. Don't waste your time at this location!!"
