"I stopped here to get gas on Friday, Oct.5th, 2018. The pump I pulled up to was not working (no out of order sign) and not knowing this, I went in and paid for pump number five. Twenty dollars on my credit card. So as soon as I get in my car, another car pulls in right away and got gas. I wait until she's done, and pull up to the pump, and nothing. So, I go in to ask her to turn the pump on. She informed me that someone else got my gas, and pretty much that I was out of luck. The lady at the cash register raised her finger, pointed it at me and said, "YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD HER THAT WAS YOUR PUMP!" I mean, are you serious?? Someone needs to lose their job..."
