"I come to the Navarre Ave. Location so much they know me by name. I get an icecap everyday and occasionally a bagel or breakfast wrap. The food and drinks are delicious and the employee are all very hard working and friendly."

"The customer service was absolutely top notch. My mom asked the young woman at the counter a really dumb question, and she answered it without batting an eye, or being rude. On a side note, whoever owns the building, needs to call pest control. There were bees flying in the drive thru, and none of those workers need that mess. The young lady that helped us was horrified. I know it's basically unavoidable, but please do something. The breeze felt so good today, and I bet they couldn't keep that window open."

"i don’t usually do reviews but i just wanted to say the breakfast sandwiches were not good here, room temp and the bread was stale. donuts are average relatively fresh. the young lady who helped me behind the counter was very sweet and made me 2 very good coffees despite not having any of the ingredients needed for what i ordered. i assume it’s not her responsibility to order truck, but perhaps it is the responsibility of the 2 women talking in the back to make sure that a coffee chain has milk and cold brew? i try not to judge when a place is obviously low staffed, and maybe i don’t know the whole story but whoever manages this Tims needs to get it together, and get a little more organized."

"I go here quite frequently. The prices are decent except for milk, if you want just plain milk it will run you over $2 and the bottle is a child sized bottle. Parking lot and drive through and clean and free of trash, facilities are clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and food is done quick."

"my boyfriend and I go here almost every morning and more than half the time the food is wrong and or the service is horrible. There is one manager who is completely rude and will argue with customers. She has argued with us on multiple accounts, I'm not sure if she thinks we can't hear her or what, but its unprofessional. The owner is also extremely disrespectful and if there is a problem he will not help, nor does he care."
