Now I am entirely rethinking our relationship and am very disappointed in your local stores cooperation. With or trip to Iceland now up in 3 days I doubt anything will happen and I will be forced to purchase a new jacket that fits right from a competitor.. maybe Patagonia they seem to have always upheld their warranty."
