"I would highly not recommend using Ticknors for a wedding. I’m not usually one to write reviews, however I don’t want anyone else to be stuck in the situation we are now in. We are getting married November 11, 2023. We went in to get measured and order the suits at the end of July. The workers were very helpful with suggestions regarding ties/vests etc. However, they didn’t have the suit done and ready to try on until 1 month before the wedding and needless to say, it fit terribly. The pants we not fitted at all and looked like grandpa pants, for lack of a better description. So they took our suggestions and said they would work on them more. Fast forward to today, a week before the wedding, and they say the suit is ready. The pants are still horrible. Way to wide at the bottom and just all around baggy. They said that was all they could do to them without making them uncomfortable. I really truly in my heart of hearts don’t think that a single one of those workers would wear those pants to a wedding of their own looking that that. So we took the pants and are now being forced to try and find another tailor that can hopefully salvage them in the next week. Like I said, I don’t normally write reviews but this has just been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing process with these people and i wouldn’t wish this stress on anyone."

"Very disappointed. Had to come to the shop 3 different times to get the suit hemmed/fixed. They called and said everything was ready to go. Picked the suit up all packaged, traveled to TN for our wedding to find the pants go above his shoe, waist did not fit at all, and the shirt was missing 2 buttons. Never going back."

"I used Ticknors for my wedding and all the guys loved it! They got to purchase a brand new suit that was great quality for the price of what it costs to rent a suit at Men’s Warehouse. My guys were very excited that at least now when they spent all that money on a wedding suit, they got to keep it. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about weddings. Their recommendations for what goes well with the suit (shoes, shirt, ties, etc) were in great taste. I would highly recommend Ticknors to anyone who wanted to provide suits for their guys at their wedding. Our wedding party lives in two states and 3 different cities, and had a good experience with sending in sizes and getting fitted. Our dads got suits too!"
