"A living hell, 1950s horror cronyistic medical practice. If you can even call it medicine. They take advantage of their patients, please do not let yourself or your loved ones be admitted to Highland Springs. They refuse to let you speak to patients. And will not relay messages."

"They do not provide what their website states or what they actually tell you they do. During a 7 day inpatient stay, I didn’t receive personal care. It’s just a place to stay with a couple of groups during the day. Doctors and therapists don’t work on the weekends nor do they return phone calls made to them by family members. They made no recommendations for continuing treatment, which they actually offer at their facility."

"Roach infested. Some of the laziest staff that I’ve ever seen. They outright lie to you stating you can’t get out. AMA is completely legal in the state of Ohio. You won’t get your belongings back. They will put you wherever they have room, you will not be placed appropriately. They will not fill out any required paperwork but will lie stating they did. It’s all about reimbursement. Hell I got a bill for 5 days, a plan of care was never discussed so how the hell did you already bill my insurance ? Notified my insurance company immediately."

"I voluntarily admitted myself into Highland Springs about a week ago. I just want to thank them for everything they did for me. I came in not knowing what to expect, but their staff was absolutely wonderful. The group therapy classes were VERY helpful, the staff was passionate and that made it feel a lot more safe and enjoyable. I feel like I got a lot out of my stay and I felt incredible safe there. I even made new friends. Thank you for everything you guys do."
