"The manager at the Aeropostale in Franklin Park Mall is extremely rude. I will never spend another dime in that store. I bought my daughter a pair of the black workout type pants. I washed them on gentle once and she wore them to school and had to call me because she realized there was a hole in them along the seam. I took her another pair of pants to school. When I went to exchange the pants for another pair, the manager refused. She said if they are washed, they can't be returned. I said the receipt says you can return defective merchandise and you can clearly see she only wore them once. We have only owned them for a week and if you wash something once on gentle and it falls apart at the seam, it is defective. She said "You washed them, you can't return them." When I questioned about the quality of the item and it is clearly defective if washed once and seam falls apart or there was already a hole in seam we didn't realize, she just stared at me and refused to talk???? I received no response. So then I expressed my disappointment and said I wouldn't spend anymore money in the store if that is how she treats customers, she said, "Okay" and just stared at me. So, then I walked out. She had absolutely no personality and was rude. I will go to American Eagle and spend my money. I have never personally had to return things at American Eagle but family members have and never had an issue like this. Update: After contacting Corporate and sending a copy of my receipt and pictures of the pants, Corporate apologized and issued me a 30% off coupon and refunded me the cost of the pants. I will shop at Aeropostale again, just not at the Franklin Park Mall location."

"Manager was extremely rude and kept calling my wife a liar. We were trying to return some jeans. The whole time my wife was extremely cordial. After the manager wouldn’t drop it I eventually cursed at her and left. She said we could return them but just couldn’t stop calling my wife a liar. So I lost my cool a bit and just asked for everything back told her to F off and left. What was really strange to me is that she looked affronted that her constantly calling us liars might offend us."

"Excellent customer service! In & out in a snap! Employees know their way around the store and I couldnt have been happier. Cashier even helped me with my coupon on my cell phone (I'm not tech savvy). Employees were neat in appearance very helpful and friendly. Definitely will reccomend this location to all my friends and family for their shopping needs. Shelves were maintained despite the holiday rush. Garments were quickly folded and straightened. Merchandise was not flung everywhere. I went to Charlotte Russe and was so disappointed. I came to Aeropostale and was very happy. I pirchased clothing gifts and sales associates helped me with the size needs for my family. Even helped me find jeans for my husband. 100% customer satisfaction. When you get this review take it to Charlotte Russe and tell them they suck. I was singled out in their store. I came to your store and it felt like I had friends to help me shop for my daughters and spouse. Ill be back in the future. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas. Next time I return it will be a total wardrobe for my daughters!"
