Tim Hortons

"Went here while passing through. Thought it was closed it was so empty but I decided it may just have been the time of day. Figured it would be as nice a place as any to do a quick rest stop, and get a snack for the road. Stopped inside to use the facilities and came out I went to order. I just guessed not many people were working because of the time of day, but I saw someone in the back. I figured they were busy and it would be best for the both of us if I went through the drive through. I looked at their display case to see what they had (not much) so I would be able to order quickly something in stock and proceeded to get back into my car to get in the drive through (no line because the place was empty), knowing they had two crullers in the display case. Cool! All I wanted was one of the two donuts. Was immediately told by the worker in the drive through that they didn’t have any and were out for the day. When I said “strange, because I thought I saw some in there when I was inside just seconds before,” they simply repeated the same exact thing but a little more forcefully and offered to let me buy a honey glazed instead, pretending like they didn’t hear anything I just said. I don’t know if they didn’t want to get up from wherever they were hiding in the back to (now I realize, probably) avoid customers to check the display case. I would have accepted any other response than the one I was given. I’ve worked food service before and I always try to be understanding, but it was very irritating for them to just to resume the conversation like I hadn’t said anything and ignoring the fact that I knew they had the donut I asked for, and being treated like that put me off of eating anything from the establishment. Rude and very annoying, and I suddenly realize why the place was so empty. Thank goodness I don’t live around here and will never have to stop here again. Bathroom was clean, but that’s probably because people don’t care to stop here often enough to use it because of service and lack of most items being in stock. Drove off without ordering anything."

"This is by far the slowest tim Hortons in the toledo area. I was in the drive thru which was taking forever, so I went inside just for them to take 15mins to take my order! With only 1 person infront of me and he just ordered 2 drinks. When she took my order no sorry for the long wait, no hello or good morning or no greeting at all. I left thinking I knew I should of went to dunkin donuts or Starbucks!!!!"

"The hash brown are soggy, no flavor, the lady who makes the doughnuts is very rude. And they never have all the doughnuts done when i stop in between 5:30-6:30 am."

"Approximately 7:00 a.m. on 11/7/23 drive through experience. Whoever was working at Tim Hortons on Buck road location at this day and time needs TRAINING!!!!! Ordered just 2 separate items in drive through. Croissant meal and 2 donuts. Drove home. No donuts but receipt shows I paid for it. Drove all the way back and had to wait in drive through line AGAIN because inside restaurant isn't open. Workers didn't apologize or offer anything for my inconvenience. HORRIBLE customer service. Also croissant sandwich and hash brown was cold and smashed."

"I am totally dumbfounded. Call the store talk to the manager. Did not seem to be phased, by me saying somebody took a bite out of my donut or ,my sandwich was stepped on. Didn't even ask for my order number or even offered me a refund on my credit card."
