"I hate when employees take advantage of young shoppers. My daughter had her receipt and her card that she used to purchase the items she was returning but the store manager made her take a store credit and told her if she wanted the refund to her card to call customer service. I could see if she didn't have proof of purchase. Customer service everywhere is getting more and more away from servicing customers. Its always I don't know or wait until this person comes in. Horrible!"
