"Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I went there 1/20/24 around 7:30 p.m. and ordered 3 hot drinks (coffee and 2 hot chocolates). I ordered donuts but was told they didn't have any of the first 4 I requested. Finally settled for 1 donut...got to the window the young lady just looked at me, never greeted me or even told me the total. I just gave her my card and she returned it without a word. Lastly, she proceeded to hand me the hot drinks. I had to request a carrier for them! I will never visit this location again, and strongly discourage anyone I know to do the same."

"My husband and I enjoyed the holiday drinks. The staff was so enjoyable. We had a fun visit with these young people. Will stop by again when we are over that way. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas to all of you."

"I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium hot caramel latte and a chicken panini. There was one person ahead of me. I got to the window and they burnt my panini, had to make a new one, the new one was soggy and not toasted at all. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the panini. Also, when I went to drink the latte, it was served to me half-full. I am not going to fully blame the employees because they are literal teenagers. You need someone there at all times to supervise them and train them how to do things properly. I will not be coming back to this location until there is an actual adult supervising these teenagers."

"Customer service was substandard; the cashier may have been having a bad day. Seemed like she'd rather be pretty much anywhere else. Donut and coffee were better than average. Not as clean as it could be, but not not terrible, either. As a side note, the dead bug on the windowsill was still there when I visited again the next day. Are they afraid to touch it? Or are they like, "Don't bother him; he's sleeping." Customer service was exceptionally better the second time around. Prices comparable to Starbucks or Panera. Free WiFi. ⭐⭐⭐"
