Panera Bread

"Back in January I came through the drive-through probably around 8pm. I ordered the green goddess caprese melt. I usually check my meal before driving off but my 1 yr old daughter was crying in the back seat so I drove straight home. Once I was home I realized they gave me a different sandwhich. Disappointing. When they wanted me to come back up to the store but the roads were getting icy now and with a 1 year old I can’t just “get up and go”. So they offered to mail me a rebate where I gave them my name and address. It is now the end of February and I still have not received a refund or gift card. I’m disappointed and have not been back since. Panera was one of our favorite spots. Such a shame. Could have been an easy fix."

"I got a bread bowl of soup, and it either didn't have enough soup in it or the bread soaked it all up. There was a woman that was excellent. I don't know if she was a Manager or something, but she was a hard worker and very friendly. She was the best part of my experience at Panera, but I probably won't go back to that one."

"I love Panera and have gotten it a ton of times but this was the first time at this location. Usually I have a very consistent experience throughout different locations but this one is terrible. I did a pickup order and went inside 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done (an hour after I placed the order) and it wasn’t done yet. It then took 10 more mins so I’m guessing they hadn’t even started until I was asking about it. They put it on the table and call out “pickup order”. I asked if it was mine and the guy just goes I don’t know? There was no name or receipt with the order so they had to rummage through it to see if it matched what I was saying and then the worker just casually mentions it wasn’t even finished even though they put it out to be picked up?? They finish it and I left and once I got home I realized items were missing so I had to call and get a refund. It was a large order and typically I’m good about checking to make sure it’s all there but I was just so annoyed at how terrible the service was that I forgot to be thorough. I will definitely never be back to this location. The service, food, and their attitudes were terrible."

"I'm very upset. I waited in the driveway for 45 minutes and got my food that was thrown together and cold. I spent $21 today and yesterday, but I didn't receive as much as an apology for the wait. My food was all over the place and I asked for extra Chipotle on the side and they gave me something old because it was nasty. I didn't receive a spoon or napkins. I couldn't eat my soup because my job doesn't have any, but it was cold anyway."
