"went twice at 0630 in the morning. As you walk in, trash can is overflowing. Ordered bagel and cream cheese. The area where you prepare your food has a full trash bin as well with dozens of gnats flying around from the trash not being emptied the night before. Will be avoiding this establishment"

"I’ve been to this Biggby around 25 times and every time I tell myself I won’t be back but there are no other coffee shops convenient to my house or job except more Biggbys that are just as bad. The time it takes to get a coffee is unacceptable. It can take ten minutes when no one else is in the store. This location is regularly staffed with just one person, which is both a safety and a staffing issue. It may be quiet a lot but if five people come in at once everyone is screwed, including the barista. No one moves with purpose or demonstrates any sense of urgency. The manager waited until the barista was 6 drinks deep this morning before asking if she needed help. The staff is nice enough, although I recently had a barista make a gagging face when I ordered mint syrup in my drink. From what I’ve seen on Indeed, these people don’t get paid enough to care so I guess I can’t really blame them. There were no lights on in the customer area this morning, which was really bizarre. I ordered my latte with oat milk and received regular milk. I still drank it because I’m not allergic to dairy but I don’t like regular milk and I sure didn’t pay for regular milk. My husband and I both rolled our eyes. Just another normal trip to Biggby."

"I was a happy customer for the past 3+ years...Unfortunately this place has went downhill within the last few months and they have officially lost me as a customer after numerous 15+ min waits in the drive-thru, numerous incorrect drink orders, the drinks that are correct are very poorly made, the customer service is awful and there are never any consistent employees. Also, two separate occasions I sat at the drive-thru intercom and no one ever came to take my order so I ended up leaving."

"Stopped in Monday morning on my way to work and ordered a white hot chocolate. Paid over $6 and tried to taste it before I left, but it was too hot. When I arrived to work I took a sip and it was a white coffee or something. BIGGBY was closed by the time I could stop there that evening. I stopped the next morning and still had the white coffee in my car and told the same kid who took my order the previous day what happened. He said he could NOT fix my order because it was the next day and he could not return my money. I will never stop at any Biggby ever again."

"I'm not sure if all biggbys did away with their flavored coffee but this location did and apparently they got rid of their fresh coffee as well. I ordered a coffee thinking I would get a choice of flavors and then they just poured old stale coffee for me, that went into the garbage before I even walked out the door it was so disgusting. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they put the cream cheese on for me not in a side cup in the bag. I'm not sure if they ran out of cream cheese and they were scraping the bottom of the barrel for it but that's what my bagel looked like. This location always seems so put out that they have to deal with customers both items are in the trash and I stopped to get gas station coffee instead."
