"I have been stopping in here for 10 + years for fuel , food and anything else I may need. Yesterday I delivered to North Star and realized I had lost my phone and we all know how frustrating and helpless a person can be without a phone these days. I stopped and asked to use their phone for one quick call to my company which has several hundred trucks to let them know I was empty and lost my phone. I explained the situation to a young man behind the counter and he was showing me to the phone when a lady said if that’s long distance you can’t use our phone. I couldn’t believe it ! Your business couldn’t sustain itself without trucks and truck drivers and none of the industry around your store could either. I will not be stopping here in the future and will be sure to let every driver I know just how petty this place is. It’s sad that some people just don’t know what the right thing is to do. Thank you to Fuel Mart at the turnpike and 280 for allowing me to use their phone no questions asked."
