"I would love to say that I used to love coming to the store with Danny was the manager. Now that they have new managers and all new employees the store is nothing like it used to be the new manager only does with benefits and makes her life easier. She does not care about pleasing or doing anything for the customers and also the biggest and most upsetting to details is just walking into the store. The store does not feel nearly as friendly welcoming or anything along that nature and second for the people that actually used to use the social media just like all the other hot topics do you know Weimer is the only store that does not update their social media the night before just sent it makes it easier for them and they say to call. Not only that but they tried to lie and say that security had asked them to stop posting on social media and now that I address the situation a second time I was actually given a different response so now I know I was lied to."
"I got a bag and some pins here, I love the way they look, I put the pins on my work hat and I take the bag with me to work, band camp, and other places, I love this place"
"DO NOT BELIEVE those reviews about the "disabled lady" getting refused service. Those are blatant lies!! I was there, and my wife works there. When the lady was politely and calmly told that she needed a mask for entry, she became angry and irrational, and began to scream at the employees. The "male employee" was a security guard, and he did NOT touch her. He also politely and calmly asked her to get a mask (which the store provides for free) or get out. At one point the lady looked like she might hit someone, and it's a miracle she didn't. She was the one being violent. She was not forced out either. She stormed out like a toddler having a tantrum, after being asked to leave several times, because she refused to wear a mask. If her asthma or whatever was really SO BAD, then why the heck was she screaming like a football coach? That being said, this place is amazing, and their customer service is better than most places."
"Refused my service cause i cant wear a face mask due asthma plus pstd and anxiety. Plus one of the employees put his hands on me im diabled and he pushed me out of the store. You guys dont even deserve one star. They were so worried about not wearing a fascemask but they wasnt making anyone follow the other rules they had. No one was following the arrows and no one was staying 6 feet apart."
"Every single time I have stepped foot into this store the two employees working have been too busy loudly gossiping to themselves behind the register to even ask if I need any help locating anything. Every time, subsequently, I have left without purchasing what I stopped into the store to get in the first place."
