"This place started off great when it first opened, service was a little slow but definitely not as slow as it is now I never get what I order something is always wrong no matter how many times I come through. The managing is horrible, they get drinks wrong over and over and fail to fix their mistakes. Will never come here again. Kayla has given me multiple rude remarks over her own faults."
"I LOVE the Hudson Biggby team! The workers they have currently are super nice and you get what you order with great taste and customer service! They all seem to get along and work together as a team. Its always very clean and organized and I love that they remind you if it's free shot Friday or other deals or specials.
