"Going to McDonald's is becoming a habit. The app makes it more pleasant. I don't like dealing with ppl much so being able to order and make life great. I just pull up to the drive-thru give my code and pull to the second window. They hand me my food and I'm off. TY technology!!!!"

"I ordered my food, and they had me pull ahead because the 3 cheeseburgers we ordered weren't ready. We waited for 25 minutes as 15-20 cars received their order. I asked the guy bringing out orders where our food was and he said he'd go check. I waited 5 more minutes and called the store. The same guy answered, refused to let me speak to the manager, and said "they're working on it." 5 minutes later he brought the food out and said something under his breath as he walked away. I'd drive to a different location if I were you. This one was one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a drive through place."

"This McDonald's is one of the worst! Never have fresh fries, like they been using the same oil for years. Tonight was the last straw- they brought out my food and it was missing the 2nd happy meal...and to top that the girl bringing my food had her bf with her, he followed her to my car! I'm not cool with all that..it was dark and I have small children. I go inside to let the manager know what happened and all she had to say was oh. Get it together y'all."

"After paying and pulling up they offered me a pup cup for our dog and let us know they just dropped the fries so it would be a couple minutes. Great communication. It's always great from their late shift."
