Despite confusion of other customers this little local place is reasonably priced (I mean if you want dunkin prices go to dunkin as they are a national chain) they also have a super friendly staff! Unfortunately some people believe coffee should be a 1$ and that customers are never wrong about anything...ever. Great coffee, great selection and a gem in New Haven :)"

"The customer service was absolutely horrible. The initial girl was nice and very great, but we were confused on our drinks because the way they came out, so we wanted to be sure we got what we ordered. Some girl with lip rings came up and had a very NASTY attitude. She took the drink back that had already been in our car, then proceeded to sit there and stir it and give a nasty look while rolling her eyes. She also told us a Latte and Macchiato were the same thing. If they are the same thing why do they have different names? Will never go back especially if that chick is still working."

"This place was phenomenal when they first opened, but they’ve really gone downhill. Though their drinks taste great, the food has always been less than satisfactory, and the line can tend to move pretty slow sometimes. The reward system for their drinks is kind of ridiculous. You have to spend an absurd amount of money, just to get a free upsize for your next drink. Today was the frosting on the cake for me, though, because the lid to my coffee was not secure in the least. It leaked all over me, and eventually the whole lid popped off. I’d like to think they’ll get it together eventually, but I think it will be a while before I go back."
