"When you order on mobile app AND drive thru line is over 20 minutes long and my drink is all melted then the worker with the weird colored buzz cut hair wants to come with a NASTY attitude about remaking my drink. It’s workers like that that lack customer service skills that reflect very poorly on Starbucks. Talking about I will only do it this time, nahh man next time you will remake it if it’s watery due to your slow drive thru or give me my money back. Period."

"For some reason, this brand new Starbucks always takes forever whether you are in the drive-through or go inside. We’ve waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and I’m very disappointed. Staff is friendly besides one girl who’s moody but it’s because she’s the only one working they need to hire staff ASAP!"

"01/14/24 , they were busy & seemed to be short staffed but the customer service wasn't missing! I ordered a drink & when I got it, I noticed it was a similar thing but not exactly what I ordered. Could've been a miscommunication on either part, but these girls remade it with no issue! Please tip these workers because they do what we can't on a daily! ♡"

"I often meet with clients here for my business. Great atmosphere! The staff are always polite. It does usually take a while to get your order but hey, when you have to make nothing but special orders for people who want 17 different things in their coffee it's understandable. Always tastes fresh though!"

"This is my local Starbucks. I don’t normally go inside because each time I have it seemed very rushed, cold and uninviting inside. However, they usually have flavors in stock and the employees are normally very nice! My drinks usually taste good here too! Sometimes the iced lattes are a little warm but overall I’ll keep stopping by!"
