"this place did not help me in the slightest. i would give a 0 star if i could. i was not able to talk to a single person about what i was going through and was instead suggested to go to group therapy, which was essentially just playing board games. i wasn’t given any tools to help fight my anxiety and depression, which was the entire reason i needed to go someplace like this. i was told i would also be put in a program about alcohol/drug use, but they didn’t talk to me at all about it. they also told me i would have 1-on-1 therapy, which never happened during my 5 day stay. the food was horrible, there was absolutely nothing to do, and i was in with a ton of other people with much worse mental health issues. i would constantly wake up to people slamming things, yelling, or even having breakdowns. this environment was the complete opposite of what i needed. it felt like a prison and i couldn’t wait to get out to get some actual help. the only redeeming factor about this place is part of the staff. half of them were super friendly and helpful, but the other half were rude and constantly talking down to me. i would not recommend this place to anyone and am very upset that some place like this can exist. some of the people i met needed intense therapy, which they would never get here. if i was going through a crisis again, i would probably avoid asking for help in fear that i would end up in a place like this again. do not take your loved ones here, it is a scam and not something anyone should have to deal with."

"If I could leave no stars I would. I was sent here Dec 2023 this place definitely needs to be investigated. I'm still having nightmares over the things I witnessed while being there over Christmas break. There are some good nurses there. But They would mess with my room Everytime I went outside to smoke. There was foot prints outside my window in the mulch. The blind in my room wouldnt close cause the knobs were broke. So who was watching me from outside? I don't miss nothing. And prayers goes to the families of the ones injured while being in this facility. They had me believing both my kids were dead and everything. This place needs shut down!!!! The police need to investigate everyone there and go thru records and get statements from everyone cause I guarantee they all didn't make it home. The last night I was there I woke up around 5 am as they were patching a hole in the wall and cleaning up the mess on the walls. Looked like someone head got shoved thru the wall! like I said it needs shut down!!! They would refuse to let us use the phone said we would call 911. They refused to let me use the phone. Cause I was telling my family members what was going on while I was there. They would purposely mess with patients to get them fired up pissed some of the nurses need mental health themselves after what I witnessed. They placed a garbage bag that looked like it had a body in it outside my window across the parking lot and had me believing it was my children. This place is full of evil. Not even close to how it should be ran! They even forced me to take medicine I was allergic to and that was clearly listed on my allergy list. I feared for my life everyday I was there. They would even set the air conditioning on cold at night to mess with us patients. I'm not the only one they did this too."

"This place is a complete fraud! They advertise services they DO NOT provide! First experience was with my teenage son. He was supposed to start a behavioral health program at 8am the next day when they called me at the end of the day and told me that they decided not to take him!! Their reasoning made no sense at all. Turns out they don't actually do behavioral health! Only for kids with depression! Second experience today was with an adult family member who reached out for drug rehab services. Was told on the phone yesterday that they would take him but when he arrived today, they said he wasn't suicidal or homicidal, he didn't qualify! In what world are all addicts suicidal or homicidal? They don't actually provide drug treatment! They advertise TONS of stuff they don't actually do! I'm going to look into what financial supports they receive in the name of treatments that they don't actually provide! Both times, they have given us hope to only jerk it away at the last minute. Whoever runs this place needs to be fired! You are messing with people's lives! People already in crisis. Just disgusting practices. I don't need a number or email or canned response. I'm aware of how to file a complaint and that is not with your facility."

"So far we are very pleased with how kind the staff is, how accessible my family member is to contact, and how clean and updated the facility is. They are very size inclusive. Anytime we have had questions in person, the staff has been great and if they don't know the answer, they ask someone else who might know the answer. I can't say they are great at returning phone calls regarding treatment updates/ treatment plans as of yet but hopefully that changes, I am sure they are busy."

"Complete disappointment and disservice for people and families suffering with mental health. My spouse spent a week in here for suicidal ideation. I received one phone call from a social worker the day he was admitted and never heard back from anyone until the night before his discharge. I called multiple times and left messages but no one ever returned my call. During the day my husband would call but have no idea about his status. He met daily with a psych for less than 10 minutes. He went to multiple groups throughout the day that consisted of coloring, petting a therapy dog, and listening to music. These sound like great interventions for children but definitely not intelligent, grown adults. There was absolutely no daily individualized intervention to assist in his mental health. It’s such a shame that this is how a mental health hospital operates in today’s world with such a huge population of people being identified and suffering from mental health. If this is the best that can be offered to the individuals and families dealing with emotional and psychological illness, our healthcare system is desperately in need of a complete overhaul. In my professional opinion, this is not a place to send someone over the age of 18 that is struggling mentally."
