"Avoid this provider. I arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment, as requested by LifeStance, yet this provider ran 15 minutes late to our scheduled appointment time. When I asked the front desk attendants at 10 minutes past our appointment time if he was behind schedule, they seemed to think it was an inside joke that he is consistently running late. When I was finally called back, he did not provide even a whisper of an apology for disrespecting my time. And this, at a new patient appointment! He has little if any emotional intelligence that is clearly required of his position and is highly suspicious of new patients. He audibly scoffed at the fact that I have been doing intensive trauma therapy weekly for the past five years, because he mistakenly believed I had said "monthly." Someone so callous should not be working with people who clearly are in need of help for their mental health and wellbeing. I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company, and I have contacted LifeStance's Director of Operations, Rachel Britain."

After an extensive search, I came to Brian. He is very knowledgeable, caring and I felt very comfortable with him. He is a great man and nurse.
