"I was referred to Lifestance by my pcp and matched with Ashley. In all my mental Heath appts I have Never worked with someone as unprofessional and unkind as Ashley. Given her profession I was appalled by how I was treated. She was rude and dismissive during our initial Telehealth appt. My second one was yesterday and she never showed up. I was on the phone with the office the whole time I was in the waiting room for my appt and she never connected. Several of them reached out to her to let her know there was an issue and I was on the phone and she completely blew me off. So I had to take time off work, wasted an hour on the phone with her office and still don’t have an appt or am I on meds. Unacceptable. I highly suggest you look elsewhere as she seems to only look out for herself not the patients she’s supposed to care for. If I could’ve given her a zero I would’ve!"
