"Absolutely ridiculous policy. I had a 1:30 appt and got there right in line at 1:39. Front desk lady said she wouldn’t see me because they have a 10 min late policy even though I was there at the front desk by 1:40!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place is just a corporation of doctors who only care about making money. Where did quality care go? If this office is stacked that tight that even at 10 min they won’t accept my appt, then I don’t want anything to do with them. I will go somewhere that is accommodating and offers grace and quality care. We are PEOPLE, not just cattle that you run through. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention… there were several people sitting in the waiting room. One elderly lady told me she had been sitting for 15 minutes. Not okay!!"

She is extremely attentive, whether that is ordering a stat exam, filling prescriptions, getting results or being able to get an appointment to be seen. "Was seen at my appointment time...didnt have to wait. Lab services avail across the hall. Lab tests were done in a couple of hours. Dr Koch answered all questions, and reviewed test results -- and provided feedback the same day i was seen. Dr Koch has great credentials. Was accepted into the very difficult to get into Univ of Louisville Med School (3% acceptance rate). Highly recommend this doctor if u are looking for a pcp."
