"Just moved to this area few weeks ago and was craving something hot and soupy in Thai dreary weather. Being it’s Christmas Eve, not sure what our options are but so glad Kyushu stays open!! I’ve eaten many ramen in many states (mostly NY) and this is one of the best. The service is quick and friendly, Ramen is yummy and the portion is substantial! I was in Salt Lake for the previous 2-3 years and all the Ramen there are kiddie size compared to this one. I had the Madisoba, which is a broth less noodle. Never seen anything like that before but it’s DELICIOUS!! Will definitely return!"
