"Who doesn't love Ramen? This was a good excursion to bridge part of Dublin. We got there before their big dinner rush, so the service was good, and the cash register operator was helpful with suggestions. The service time was reasonable. The Ramen was really good. I had their signature Tonkitsu, which was perfect for me. Wifie had the red dragon, which she liked, but I found it to be a bit spicy. We had the Japanese fried chicken as an appetizer, which was very good. The special teas were delicious. The only complaint was that the place got busy and was super crowded, so the front door was constantly open, creating a super cold restaurant. I think that the open door with no wind break is something that they need to address."

"Service is great. Just ask them to describe the menu and it will help you decide. If you like spicy they can do that also. My only complaint is there's not enough vegetables. The tufu is the best I have had in Ohio."

"First time here, new to ramen restaurants. We were not impressed. I asked for a recommendation between two dishes, and neither girl at the register could give me any insight. Then I asked questions about the different beer/saki choices, and again, zero information from either person. Next, I ordered the chicken ramen with the panko crusted chicken which does NOT come in the bowl, but is brought out separately. This wouldn't have been a big deal except that it took an additional 15 minutes to bring the chicken out because they forgot about it. By that time we had nearly finished everything else. As expensive as their dishes are, we were very disappointed with the quality and service. Will have to try other ramen places around town to compare."

"It’s ok. We went here on a Friday night it was packed and they were busy. the problem was my food came out cold like it was sitting there for a long time and server forgot to serve my food on time. I had the Pork Belly, there was barely even meat in it was more on rice and onions than meat. The Bao was pretty good and Takoyaki overall experience is ok."

"I went to the upper Arlington location for lunch right when they opened for my first time the food was excellent l went to the Dublin location the same day and my noodles were cold no steam and they forgot my happy hour drinks and the soup wasn't as flavorful as the ua location but the food was still good"
