"Wouldn’t recommend seeing her if you wish to be listened to and if you have multiple concerns. She didn’t have time to hear everything I was concerned about. She prescribed me new birth control and only told me the side effects and not the risk factors. I’m currently trying to find a new doctor who will listen to me and make me feel relieved and comfortable. She left out many things and I was very unhappy with how the nursing assistants were behaving. So unprofessional. If you go to school to be a doctor and you don’t do your job then what’s the point of your degree?"

"Looking for new primary. Made appointment weeks ago. If you are over 65 yrs don't bother! They called me day before my appointment that she doesn't see new pts. over 65!! Just wow! Poor online scheduling that didn't mention this at all!"

"She saw my son for pink eye at urgent care since his pediatrician was booked and unable to see him. NEVER AGAIN. He was seen on Thursday and given a prescription. He had an allergic reaction to the eye drops and we called them back on Thursday at 3:30 PM. We were told she would send in a new prescription. She never did. We called back Friday MULTIPLE TIMES and were told she would follow up. SHE NEVER DID! It is now SATURDAY and they are CLOSED! HOW IS MY SON SUPPOSED TO TREAT HIS EYES WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN DO YOUR JOB OR SIMPLY FOLLOW UP?! HORRIBLE."

"Never had to wait for appointment. She asks many questions and shows great concern. MY prescription was filled with no delay. Scheduled all tests needed. I have always had a great conversation about anything that concerns my health care."

"My mother has been seeing Dr. Palma for the better part of 20 years. My mother has had increasing memory concerns (not recognizing familiar people, not remembering basic information, getting lost in my house, getting lost driving home from places she's been going the past 30 years) instead of giving her a referral to a neurologist for assessment or voicing any concern she told my mom it is part of menopause and to get a GPS. Are you serious? This has been going on for five years and we have been unable to get any more help and Dr Palma always acts so inconvenienced by her appointments that my mother feels obligated to her because she has "given her so much of her time". I had my own personal experiences hearing them make fun of patients, talking about each other, and not listening to concerns - but this one takes the cake. Saying "Get a GPS" to an individual who is experiencing neurological symptoms that could be addressed and maybe even halted if she were getting the correct professional help is unprofessional, unhelpful, and uncalled for."
