"The bathrooms were clean! The food/ was delicious but they didn’t get my order right, the service was okay. The workers seemed like they didn’t care what they put on the counter, but they didn’t give any push back when I asked them to remake it. I don’t blame the workers, they don’t make enough money to deal with half of what they are put through"

"Probably on par with every starbucks. Super slow despite a drive thru and instore. Drive thru blocked emergency lanes needed for another business needed for medical emergency. Nobody cared they were blocking these actual helpful spots to park. Typical starbucks. They only care about their business. ADA? keep wishing. Between parking and the trash store. Nope"

"I waited in the drive thru line behind a couple of cars for a long time only to end up with my drink not made right the first time after I repeated it twice at the order speaker. I went back through the line after I discovered it was not made right, told them about it and they did remake it but, I should have gotten a refund for this whole inconvenience. Not good customer service."

"Lack of customer service…. If it’s not the next ticket on their list you are ignored. Waited to order then waited a long time for someone to re-heat my already cooked food, which was burnt and dry. They don’t look up from what they are doing to even greet people. Everything is over priced."

"2023 Update: I would give 5 stars if this place were run by a select few- Corbin, Nathan, Taylor and (never caught his name but he has an accent.) The four of you ROCK. Always friendly and smiling. As for anyone else I have been served by, RUDE and uninformed of Starbucks policies. I always end up contacting corporate because they overcharge and don't make the drinks correctly. Or because you ask for a remake, they sloppily do it and don't fill your cup."
