"My kids were patients at Forest Hills for the past 9 years until they told me they would not schedule any more visits due to a $221.00 bill in collections. Last year I had some challenges and was unable to pay. I have the money now and offered to pay the bill to be reinstated in the practice but they refused. This is the first time I have had issues with paying my bills. I work in healthcare and understand they are running a business but I feel there should be exceptions especially if someone is willing to clear up their debt to come back. The doctors are great but the business part of the practice lacks reality and empathy. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I’m sad and disappointed that we must find new doctors when we have been loyal to this practice for so long."

"It doesn't matter which doctor you see at this practice, or any nurse for that matter. They all take their time with you and really listen to your concerns . They are willing to let you be your own child's health advocate. We love Forest Hills Pediatrics and have taken both of our children to them. My only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner."
