"This review is mostly for the office staff, specifically front desk and billing. I was told they're upset with me because I said I'm unhappy with the way they do not appropriately follow up or communicate. They're upset because I was blunt and they were dead wrong, multiple times over. Over the 4.5 years we've been with this office, they have had an incredibly high turnover rate for front office and MAs. On 2 separate occasions, my son was improperly measured causing a delay in seeing an endocrinologist. I am trying to find another pediatricians office that better fits our needs. I believe they do not truly care about patients and put money over the needs of the children they treat."

"Run! Don't waste your time here. They will release you as a patient by sending you a letter in the mail. And when you call to have them explain it better. They have no clue. They say that's what the owners wanted. Their therapist talks to other patients about patients. Their therapist and psychiatrist talks down to you. But when I voiced my opinion on the phone, they don't believe anything you tell them. The pediatrician my daughter seen was great. There are many options out there for pediatricians. Count this place out."
