"This dr's office is absolutely ridiculous. Anytime I have a health issue im told to go to the emergency room. What the hell is the point of having a primary dr. When im always refused service and told to go the ER or urgent care. Absolutely ridiculous. And what is sad is dr mark is a good dr but the staff there is extremely rude and clearly doesn't care about their patients nor tries to see what they can do. I will be switching Dr's as this location doesn't seem to care about their patients."

"Dr. Mark and the team at Bedford Family Medicine have been taking care of my son, my family and me for about 16 years now. Dr. Mark is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor and I am grateful for the years of helping to keep us healthy! Dr. Mark has many years of experience with people of all ages. Dr. Mark listens to what we say and isn’t condescending if we don’t understand something. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend this office, however, his practice is always quite busy because they're so good, but they'll always find a way to get you in. Love this office!"

"Dr Mark is fantastic. He's professional, caring, funny, and knows his stuff. I loved having him as my doctor and would have definitely stayed with him if I hadn't moved across the city. However, beware... it's a real pain trying to get prescriptions from his office. Do NOT trust the system where you leave voicemail and expect to pick up your prescription later. It says they'll call you if there's a problem, but they won't. You need to call and speak to a person, and then call again before you go there to make sure it's ready, and then if they say "no but it will be by the time you get here", call again when you're heading out to be sure they didn't forget. Because 80% of the time, they will. Trying to get my medication drove me to tears more than once."
