"This place is horrible. Patient for years & constantly had to wait on the phone for hours on hold for days at a time to get ahold of a real person. Have talked to multiple bld mgr for several things including the staff mocking my illness in front of my face. I still have the e-mail where they called to apologize. They discharged me w/o sending notice so the day before the holiday wknd I would be unable to fill medications. When prompted with the question why I was told in apropriate relationship with staff. Umm I had no relationship with staff ??? They woukdn’t even answered the phone. Basically they discharged me because I rose issue with them taking hours & hours multiple days of time that is just unrealistic. Real classy. They literally do nothing right. I’ve had to call the pharmacy board on them I still have those e-mails with the agent where he tells me that sylvania adult & pediatric medicine that they messed up. All around just absolutely terrible. Stay away from this place if possible"
